There are two ways to create a customer support request.

 

  1. Send an Email
  2. Create a new ticket

 

Send an Email

 

There are two dedicated email addresses for creating a KAASM customer support ticket. The following email addresses will automatically create a support ticket for the following products.

 

  1. If you have purchased SIMATIC SCADA, SIMATIC Hardware, or any number of products from KAASM  you can create a support ticket by sending an email to [email protected].
  2. If you need support for LOCERA Software, you can automatically create a support ticket by sending an email to [email protected]

 

Create a New Ticket

 

Step 1 

 

Visit the KAASM customer support center at https://support.kaasm.com and click the "create a new ticket link."

 

 

Step 2

 

Select a product category. 

 

 

Step 3

 

Fill our the support request form, and click "Create Ticket" to submit your request.
